Cali Tran

Litigation and Estate Planning Attorney

Cali is a highly skilled commercial litigator known for her creative strategies and unparalleled commitment to her clients.  She has represented clients in a wide range of commercial and real estate litigation matters, including breach of contract disputes, business torts, and intellectual property disputes.
 

Prior to cofounding Entrust Law, Cali began her legal career at the prestigious law firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she gained experience working on complex commercial and securities litigation cases for Fortune 500 companies. She later joined the law firm of McKool Smith & Hennigan, where she focused on representing smaller businesses and entrepreneurs.  Cali is passionate about giving back to her community and has been recognized for her commitment to pro bono work.  
 

Cali received her J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law where she served as the Senior Development Editor of the California Law Review.  She graduated from UCLA summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Communication Studies.  She is admitted to practice law in the state of California.


When she's not advocating on behalf of her clients, Cali enjoys yoga, spending time in nature, and travelling to learn about new cultures.

Herman Cheung

Corporate and Business Attorney

Herman is a seasoned corporate attorney with years of experience advising clients on a wide range of corporate and business legal matters. He specializes in advising businesses on commercial agreements, corporate finance, secured transactions and liens, corporate governance, and general corporate transactions.  He has closed numerous deals for his clients, totaling billions of dollars in deal value.

Prior to cofounding Entrust Law, Herman worked at elite law firm, O'Melveny & Myers, where he gained experience working on complex corporate transactions for a broad range of public and private companies in various industries, emerging growth companies, banks and venture capital funds. While practicing at O'Melveny, Herman dedicated significant portions of his time to pro bono cases and was awarded the firm's pro bono achievement award.

Herman received his Juris Doctor degree from UC Davis School of Law where he was recognized for his high academic achievement by the Order of the Coif. Herman also served as a senior editor for the UC Davis Law Review, an associate editor for the Business Law Journal and the president of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA). Herman earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics and Psychology from UCLA. He is admitted to practice law in the state of California.

Outside of work, Herman enjoys golf, powerlifting, meditation and spending time with his family and rescue pup, Ruffles.
